Account takeover via unrestricted password-setting endpoint

Privilege escalation in MENNEKES AMTRON firmware 5.22.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to take over privileged accounts. The /json/settings.json endpoint accepts low-privilege authorization tokens while applying operator and manufacturer password changes without enforcing the target account privilege boundary. Low-privileged network access is sufficient to replace both passwords and assume the operator or manufacturer identity.
