Kernel crash via unchecked SUNRPC allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux SUNRPC client allows attackers to crash the kernel during local rpcbind registration. The IPv4 and IPv6 registration helpers pass a NULL result from rpc_sockaddr2uaddr() into encode_rpcb_string(), which calls strlen() on it. Reachability requires an in-kernel RPC service such as nfsd, lockd, or nfs-callback to register while memory pressure makes the GFP_KERNEL allocation fail.
