Kernel memory corruption via truncated restart-table count

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel ntfs3 driver allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory by mounting a crafted NTFS image. During $LogFile replay, extend_rsttbl passes a 32-bit entry count to init_rsttbl, which truncates it to 16 bits and allocates a table too small for the original transaction index. The system must mount and replay the malicious image; the resulting access crosses the allocation boundary, while code execution has not been established.
