Host crash via stale VFIO MSI pointer

Use-after-free in Linux kernel VFIO PCI code allows local users to crash the host through repeated device open and MSI access. On an allocation failure, vfio_msi_cap_len() frees vdev->msi_perm without clearing it, so a later open reuses the dangling table and calls freed handlers. Exploitation requires access to a VFIO-assigned PCI device and an initialization allocation failure; subsequent access or close causes a kernel panic or double-free.
