Local service interruption via unrescheduled stack scanning

Denial of service in Linux 5.10 allows local users to trigger a soft lockup during a kmemleak task-stack scan. kmemleak_scan() traverses every thread's kernel stack inside one RCU read-side critical section without a reschedule point, so a large task set can monopolize a CPU until the watchdog fires. Reachability requires CONFIG_DEBUG_KMEMLEAK with task-stack scanning enabled and very many threads; KASAN or lockdep debug builds amplify the stall, which interrupts service on the occupied CPU.
