Kernel memory corruption via double-freed V4L2 device

Double free in the V4L2 device-registration path in affected Linux kernel releases allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory. On device_register failure, __video_register_device calls put_device, whose release callback frees the video_device structure before the caller performs the API-required video_device_release. The path requires the rare registration failure, after which the same kernel object is freed twice.
