Kernel memory leak via unreleased configfs groups

Memory leak in the USB MIDI 2.0 gadget function in affected Linux kernels allows local administrators to consume kernel memory during teardown. f_midi2_free_inst() and f_midi2_ep_opts_release() omit configfs_remove_default_groups(), leaving default endpoint and block group references unreleased. Repeated gadget teardown requires privileged configfs access and accumulates f_midi2_ep_opts and f_midi2_block_opts allocations in kernel memory.
