Kernel memory corruption via unchecked CEC length

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux STM32 CEC driver allows physically proximate attackers to corrupt kernel memory via overlong CEC frames. stm32_rx_done() uses rx_msg.len as an unchecked index into the 16-byte rx_msg.msg array before the CEC core validates the completed message. A connected CEC peer can reach the IRQ path after the driver probes and receiving is enabled; no further consequence is published.
