Service teardown blockage via LOCALIO reference leak

Reference leak in Linux NFS LOCALIO allows attackers to block NFSD and network-namespace teardown during a concurrent cleanup race. nfs_uuid_add_file returns ENXIO without publishing the slot pointer, and the error path fails to release caller-owned nfsd_file and nfsd_net references. Reachability requires a same-host NFS client and server using LOCALIO while the server network namespace is torn down; each occurrence pins kernel objects and prevents teardown.
