Out-of-bounds read via ARM error length miscalculation

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel GHES handling allows attackers to read past an ARM CPER section via unspecified vectors. In ghes_handle_arm_hw_error(), pointer arithmetic skips a cper_sec_proc_arm header, but the remaining length is reduced by pointer size instead of the header structure size, overstating the bytes available for cper_arm_err_info records. Reachability requires GHES to parse an ARM hardware-error section whose err_info_num is large relative to error_data_length, and no consequence beyond the kernel read is published.
