Kernel crash via unchecked dm-array entry count

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel dm-array handling allows local users with CAP_SYS_ADMIN to crash the kernel during cache activation. array_block_check() accepts unchecked nr_entries, max_entries, and value_size fields, so dm_array_cursor_next() drives element_at() beyond the dm-bufio block. Loading crafted device-mapper metadata and activating the cache requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN; the resulting out-of-bounds read can fault or crash the kernel.
