Remote crash via zero-segment RDMA chunk

Out-of-bounds read in Linux svcrdma allows remote attackers to crash an RPC-over-RDMA server using a zero-segment Write or Reply chunk. pcl_for_each_segment subtracts one from unsigned ch_segcount to form an inclusive array bound, so zero wraps to 0xFFFFFFFF and svc_rdma_get_inv_rkey walks unrelated memory. The path is reachable after Send-With-Invalidate negotiation, and dereferencing rs_handle causes a general protection fault rather than data disclosure.
