Remote service interruption via RDMA identifier leak

Resource exhaustion in Linux svcrdma allows remote attackers to interrupt service by initiating RDMA connections under memory pressure. When svc_rdma_create_xprt() cannot allocate a transport, handle_connect_req() returns success and leaves the new rdma_cm_id allocated instead of directing the CM core to destroy it. Reachability requires an exposed RPC-over-RDMA listener and allocation failure; repeated unauthenticated requests consume kernel resources and can interrupt service.
