Kernel memory corruption via missing RCU grace period

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel IPMI message handler 6.16 allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory through concurrent user teardown. The missing synchronize_rcu() lets _ipmi_destroy_user() free cmd_rcvr while find_cmd_rcvr() and handle_ipmb_get_msg_cmd() retain it under plain RCU. The public record establishes a dangling kernel pointer but does not establish a privilege boundary or a consequence beyond kernel memory corruption.
