Local data disclosure via unchecked ISST level

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel's Intel Speed Select driver allows local users to obtain unintended data through mask ioctls. The isst_if_get_perf_level_mask() and isst_if_get_base_freq_mask() handlers use an unchecked level value to select a perf_levels[] offset before reading per-level registers. Reachability requires access to the affected ioctl on an x86 server with compatible Intel Speed Select TPMI hardware; the returned data is limited to values read through the invalid per-level offset.
