CVE-2026-8938Network attack vector

Unauthorized component installation via forged certification request

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

CSRF in Ritcheal auto making JSON-LD 4.5.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to install plugin components via a forged request. The amJL_certification function accepts the request without correct nonce validation, writes the supplied license key, then invokes license validation and pro-feature installation routines. Exploitation requires a site administrator to act on the attacker-controlled request; the bounded consequence is unauthorized plugin configuration and component installation.
