Authenticated profile-data disclosure via unchecked student ID
Published Sep 19, 2026 · Updated Sep 19, 2026
An IDOR in Themeum Tutor LMS 4.0.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary users' email addresses and phone numbers. The dashboard user-profile template passes the student_id query parameter directly to get_userdata() and get_user_meta(), then renders the selected account's email and phone without an authorization check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; changing numeric user IDs exposes profile data, including administrator details, but does not alter accounts or interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
