NTLM hash disclosure via untrusted cross-domain requests

Permissive cross-domain policy in ASUS Aura Ready Game SDK 1.0.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain a local user’s NTLM hash. The local REST service accepts requests from untrusted web origins and processes an attacker-supplied UNC path, causing Windows to authenticate to a remote share. A local user must visit a crafted web page; successful exploitation discloses the hash and can tamper with data, interrupt GameSDK, or expose information on other services.
