Eval injection in Teltonika Networks RutOS 7.22 through 7.23.2 and TSWOS 1.09 through 1.09.1 allows local users to execute root commands. The rpc-profile component passes profile-change input to an unsafe eval call, allowing embedded directives to run with the component's root privileges. Exploitation requires a lower-privileged authenticated account and local device access; successful injection grants root-level command execution.
