Authenticated HTML injection via unescaped PDF elements

HTML injection in MISP 2.5.45 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter exported PDF reports with crafted elements. The MISPElementHTMLFormatterTool attribute(), objectAttribute(), object(), and tag() methods place user-controlled element fields into HTML templates without entity encoding. Write access to an included attribute, object, or tag and a later PDF export are required; injected markup can change document structure or execute in the conversion engine.
