Heap-data disclosure via overflowing caption bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in GStreamer gst-plugins-good before 1.28.7 allows context-dependent attackers to expose heap data via crafted media. The qtdemux CEA-608 parser checks a second caption atom with overflow-prone 32-bit unsigned arithmetic, allowing up to 244 bytes to be read past the sample buffer and emitted downstream. Exploitation requires a user or application to open the malicious MP4 or MOV file; the bounded consequences are adjacent heap disclosure and application crash.
