Authenticated SSRF via unguarded importer URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in OpenPanel's data importer allows remote authenticated users to probe server-reachable URLs via imports. The Umami provider's parseRemoteFile function passes config.fileUrl, checked only for URL syntax, directly to fetch instead of the shared SSRF guard. Organization membership is sufficient; returned status text exposes an internal scanning oracle, and parseable CSV responses enter attacker-visible analytics.
