Read-only project data tampering via unguarded mutations

Authorization bypass in OpenPanel allows remote authenticated users with read-only project access to alter or delete project data. Twenty-six of 29 mutating tRPC procedures fail to validate the member's project access level before executing state-changing resolver logic. Explicit read-only project membership is required, after which reports and dashboards can be deleted, projects scheduled for deletion, private analytics published, and alerting rules changed.
