Login disruption via forged SSO provider rows

Authentication bypass in Capgo allows remote authenticated users to impose SSO on arbitrary domains through a forged provider row. The public.sso_providers table accepts direct PostgREST inserts that set status to active and enforce_sso to true without backend provisioning, trusted-provider issuance, or DNS ownership verification. An ordinary full API key is required; SSO discovery then trusts the row and can disrupt normal login for an unverified domain.
