Privilege escalation via unchecked invitation role rank

Authorization bypass in Capgo capgo.app 12.207.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to grant external accounts administrator roles. validateInvite() fails to compare the caller's role rank with the requested invitation role, while invitation acceptance writes the binding with a service-role key that bypasses privilege-escalation triggers. An organization member with org.invite_user permission can obtain administrative control over the organization's apps, channels, members, and billing.
