Contributor-level PHP execution via unsanitized template path
Published Sep 24, 2026 · Updated Sep 24, 2026
Local file inclusion in MasterStudy LMS 3.5.29 through 3.7.49 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side PHP. The Elementor Courses Categories widget uses an unvalidated display-style setting to build a template path, which PHP then includes. Contributor-level access and a local PHP file are required; successful exploitation runs that file with the WordPress process's privileges.
