Administrator-session script execution via unescaped white-label setting
Published Sep 19, 2026 · Updated Sep 19, 2026
Stored XSS in Jewel Theme Master Blocks 1.4.1 through 1.4.1.4 allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's session. An unauthenticated settings REST route stores a white-label value without authorization or sanitization, and wp-admin renders it without escaping. Execution requires an administrator to visit a wp-admin page, where the stored payload runs with that administrator's browser-session authority.
