Local file disclosure via basename-collision fallback

Path traversal in proma-ai Proma 0.19.37 and earlier allows local users to read files outside approved preview directories via crafted paths. The File Preview Service's resolveTargetPath function falls back to the first candidate whose basename matches file_path, without proving that the resolved file remains beneath an allowed base directory. Local access to the desktop application's file-preview IPC path is required, and successful exploitation discloses files readable by the Proma process.
