TCP sequence prediction via weak ISN generation
Published Sep 27, 2026 · Updated Sep 27, 2026
TCP sequence prediction in Citrix ADC and Gateway before 13.1-64.23 and 14.1-73.37 allows remote attackers to predict TCP ISNs. The TCP stack generates initial sequence numbers predictably when Enhanced ISN Generation is disabled, exposing future values from prior connections. Exploitation requires a configured TCP-based virtual server and Enhanced ISN Generation disabled, enabling connection spoofing, session interference, and limited data exposure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
