HTTP security-policy bypass via non-normalized URLs
Published Sep 27, 2026 · Updated Sep 27, 2026
Feature policy bypass in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway before 14.1-73.37 or 13.1-64.23 allows remote attackers to evade HTTP rules. The HTTP URL-expression path evaluates non-normalized URLs, allowing alternate encodings or path forms to avoid WAF and security-rule matches. Exposure requires an HTTP or SSL LB, CS, VPN, or Authentication virtual server; affected ADC FIPS and NDcPP branches are also included.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
