Locked-account access via unchecked device token redemption

Authentication bypass in Red Hat Keycloak products allows remote authenticated users to mint tokens for brute-force-locked accounts. The Device Authorization Grant token redemption path completes an approved device login without rechecking the account's current brute-force lock state. An attacker must retain an active session for the locked account and reach a client with the device grant enabled; resulting tokens preserve account access during the temporary lock.
