Authenticated file deletion via rejected upload filename

Arbitrary file deletion in OneNav 1.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files through a crafted upload filename. The Api::upload() method passes a user-controlled, non-HTML filename to unlink() during rejection without limiting deletion to the uploaded temporary file. Administrator access is required, and deletion of an existing working-directory file can interrupt the service.
