Authenticated database extraction via ACL SQL injection
Published May 18, 2026 · Updated May 18, 2026
SQL injection in SOGo 5.12.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract arbitrary database data through ACL requests. The addUserInAcls endpoint incorporates the uid parameter as SQL subqueries and lets injected results be written to sogo_acl and read through /acls. A valid account is required; successful exploitation exposes database contents and can modify ACL-table data without interrupting the service.
