Authenticated server crash via unsupported index creation

Reachable assertion in MongoDB Server 7.0 before 7.0.32, 8.0 before 8.0.21, and 8.2 before 8.2.6 allows remote authenticated users to crash mongod. Index creation accepts 2dsphere_bucket on a non-timeseries bucket collection and queryable_encrypted_range on unsupported collection types, leaving invalid index metadata that reaches an assertion during a later index update. The attacker needs privileges to create the invalid index and insert a document that updates it; the resulting assertion terminates the database server and interrupts service.
