Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in morettolss Google+ Link Name 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode attributes. The gplusnamelink_generate() function concatenates attacker-controlled id and name values directly into rendered HTML without attribute or text escaping. Contributor-level access permits persistent script injection that executes in a visitor's browser when the affected page is viewed.
