Denial of service in FalkorDB 4.20.1 allows attackers to crash the database during append-only file replay through GRAPH.EFFECT. In effects/effects_apply.c, effect application proceeds after an earlier replayed graph operation fails, then dereferences a missing relation matrix. Exploitation requires an append-only file containing the failed graph operation followed by its effect; every restart repeats the crash and prevents service.
