Service crash via token-count out-of-bounds read
Published Sep 21, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
An out-of-bounds read in FalkorDB 4.20.1 through 4.20.4 allows attackers to crash the service via crafted input. The node_token_count and relation_token_count component reads beyond an allocated buffer while processing the malicious input. Public sources do not disclose the required input form or authentication gate, and the documented consequence is limited to service interruption.
