Authenticated WebAuthn policy bypass via missing server validation

Policy bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to register WebAuthn credentials that violate realm policy. The WebAuthn registration processAction() trusts client-controlled registration parameters without comparing their algorithms, user-verification setting, or resident-key configuration against realm policy. Any user permitted to register a WebAuthn credential can alter client-side JavaScript and enroll a noncompliant authenticator, weakening the realm's intended authentication controls.
