Resource exhaustion in GeoVision GV-LPC2011/LPC2211 V1.14 20260903 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via VLSVR. The VLSVR handler accepts an unbounded attacker-declared frame length and retains memory, connection, and worker resources while a blocking receive waits indefinitely. No authentication or user interaction is required; multiple stalled frames can exhaust the camera's finite resources and interrupt VLSVR service.
