Absolute path traversal in GeoVision GV-LPC2011/LPC2211 1.13 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary device files. BKDownloadLink.cgi accepts an unrestricted filename and creates a download symlink that can resolve outside the intended directory. Valid web credentials are required, and the root-run web service exposes any file it can access, without reported write or service-interruption impact.
