CVE-2026-88271Network attack vector

Administrative takeover via SSVR configuration overwrite

Published Sep 10, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026

Missing authorization in SSVR on GeoVision GV-LPC2011/LPC2211 1.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to take administrative control. The SSVR service accepts Guest-authorized configuration writes that overwrite device configuration and replace the administrator password without an administrator-only authorization check. Guest credentials and network access to SSVR are required; exploitation locks out the existing administrator and permits control of camera configuration.
