Host-process crash via zero-size ICC mluc records

Denial of service in ExifReader before 4.39.0 allows remote attackers to crash host applications via crafted images with ICC profiles. The src/icc-tags.js mluc parser trusts numRecords while a zero recordSize prevents offset advancement, repeatedly appending the same record. Exploitation requires a consuming application to parse an attacker-supplied image, causing heap exhaustion and host-process termination.
