Communication outage via packet-flood processing overload

Expected behavior violation in Mitsubishi Electric FX5-ENET/IP all versions allows remote attackers to stop its communication function. A short burst of many packets to the module's Ethernet port raises processing load enough to prevent internal anomaly detection from running. Network reachability without authentication is sufficient, and successful exploitation interrupts communications while leaving confidentiality and integrity unaffected.
