Indirect credential disclosure via legacy password hashing

Weak password hashing in Open Source Point of Sale 3.4.0 through 3.4.2 allows remote attackers to expose employee credentials. The Login function in app/Models/Employee.php verifies legacy password hashes retained for upgrade migration, then replaces them after a successful login. The vendor disputes active exposure because default credentials are migrated on first login and password changes already use the newer hash.
