Authenticated file read via decoded path traversal

Path traversal in getPicThumb in opensourcepos Open Source Point of Sale 3.4.0 through 3.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The Items controller URL-decodes pic_filename and uses its directory components to build a path under uploads/item_pics without constraining the resolved location. An authenticated user with Items module access can traverse outside that directory and read server files, including configuration data and encryption keys.
