Cross-tenant backend access via session credential overwrite

Authorization bypass in rclone 1.64.0 through 1.75.0 allows remote authenticated users to access another FTP proxy backend. The FTP driver stores one obscured password per username in a server-wide map, so getVFS reauthorizes an existing session with the latest matching password. Exploitation requires distinct accepted credentials for one username and a later login while the first session stays open, enabling read, create, overwrite, rename, and delete operations with the second backend's authority.
