SSRF in Open WebUI 0.9.5 through 0.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to access excluded and internal hosts via redirects. URL validation checks only initial URLs, while the aiohttp resolver is skipped for literal redirect targets, leaving redirect destinations unfiltered. Exploitation requires AIOHTTP_CLIENT_ALLOW_REDIRECTS=true; affected fetch paths can expose excluded-host or internal response content.
