Authenticated chat injection via unchecked folder identifier

Improper authorization in Open WebUI 0.10.0 through 0.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject chats into shared folders. The chat-completions handler copies a client-supplied folder_id into a new chat without applying the folder write-access check enforced by dedicated chat routes. Any account can exploit a known shared-folder identifier when folders are enabled, but the flaw neither reveals existing data nor modifies or deletes existing chats.
