Authenticated internal data disclosure via DNS rebinding

SSRF in Open WebUI 0.9.6 through 0.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses via DNS rebinding. SafePlaywrightURLLoader validates a submitted hostname in Python, then lets Playwright resolve it again without binding the connection to the checked address. Exploitation requires the non-default Playwright loader, reachable internal services, an ordinary account, and control of authoritative DNS; disclosed content returns through web search or URL ingestion.
