Username enumeration via conditional password hash comparison

Observable timing discrepancy in PaperCut NG/MF before 26.0.3 allows remote attackers to enumerate usernames through login timing. The Admin interface login path performs a password hash comparison only for valid accounts, making account existence observable in response-time differences. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to identifying whether an account exists with high probability.
